Valid Reasons for Replacement an Item:
1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective.
2. If the Product is completely different from the picture on the website.
3. Delivered Product is incomplete (missing parts).
4. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us by phone, FB messages or Email. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
5. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”.

Conditions for Returns:
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
4. You must need to show unboxing video for the proof.
How Much Time Do You Have to Return a Product for Replacement?
Items sold on doyelshop.com can be returned within 24 hours from the delivery time, provided they are eligible for return.
1. You must show the original Customer Copy of the Invoice to authenticate your purchase, at the time of handing over the product.
2. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
